Your health and safety are of utmost concern and we follow strict infection control procedures. All critical instruments are sterilized and disposable supplies are discarded after use. We also disinfect the operatory and equipment after each patient visit.
Most insurance is intended to cover some but not all of the cost of your treatment, and most plans include a patient copayment and deductible. You as the patient, are primarily responsible for the financial charges incurred. Please bring your insurance information with you and we, as a third party, will be glad to submit the
claim on your behalf. We will allow thirty (30) days from the date of billing for insurance payments, after which, we will ask you to clear your account and contact your insurance company directly for any denial and nonpayment.
While we make every effort to minimize the cost of your care, you can help by paying at the time of your visit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash, and Checks.
Cancellation of Appointment
As a courtesy to other patients who may want the same appointment time, we request a 24 hour advance notice for cancellation. Otherwise, there will be a broken appointment fee.
